Teaching and performing from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday, April 3, at Murfreesboro’s Cedar Glade Brews. The Slim Chance Band will provide the best of old-time Appalachian music.
On April 19, Cripple Creek will perform at 4 p.m. at Adams Place Assisted Living.
On April 26, they will perform at 4 p.m. at Westbrooks Towers.
May 30, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Cripple Creek Cloggers will perform our state dance at the Tennessee State Library and Archives in Nashville. This is in honor of both Tennessee Statehood Day and our country’s 250th anniversary. The Slim Chance Band will join.
CCC Hosting The International Folkfest Jun 6 -12, 2026
The fall will find CCC performing in Roots Rendezvous Uncle Dave Macon Days on Sept. 12 at Hop Springs and at the Fall Handmade Market in Wartrace on Oct. 9.
An invitation has been received for the troupe to participate in the International Folklore Festival, July 2027, Canary Islands, Spain.
